Booking Conditions

When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy.

All information regarding rooms, facilities, products and services offered at the Delis hotels contained on the Delis Hotel website or otherwise available through the Reservations Facility has been provided to the hotel. Delis Hotels does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, of any kind with respect thereto. Such information may be inaccurate as a result of renovation or repair at the the hotel. The hotel website may also contain typographical errors or omissions. As there will be no contractual agreement between you and Delis Hotels, and as Delis Hotels does not control or verify the information that Delis hotels submit to or through the Reservations Facility, Delis Hotels shall not be liable to you for:
(i) the accuracy or completeness of any Delis hotel information provided to or through the Reservations Facility including, without limitation, the availability or price of rooms, facilities, products or services, or for any other errors or omissions of Delis hotels; or

(ii) any failure or delay beyond its control in the transmission of any data submitted to or through the Reservations Facility including, but not limited to, the details of your reservation or changes to or cancellation of your reservation, in each case to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws.
